Qualifications

Master's degree or higher

  • At least two years of previous work experience in an educational or corporate setting
  • Able to understand culture, life style, education system within Korea
  • Strong interpersonal skills and flexibility to work in a fast-spaced multicultural environment
  • Able to understand and work effectively within the Korean corporate culture
  • Capable to present ideas in public and engage an audience
  • With advanced to native-like competency of English
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills to build and maintain strong relationship
  • Interested in pursuing a career in higher education administration and/or the corporate world
  • Bilingual in Korean and English

General Duties

  • Advise students in decision-making processes related to choice of majors and careers.
  • Identify, develop, and implement resources and programs to enhance CDC offering to students
  • Student recruitment increasing participation in CDC programs
  • Identify new internship and job placement opportunities for international students
  • Analyze the job placement progress of candidates after graduation
  • Update CDC social media, providing students with additional career development resources
  • Provide cover letter and resume preparation and feedback support
  • Outreach to alumni for testimonials promoting SolBridge
  • Arrange and schedule schedule graduate exit interviews
  • Collaborate with colleagues in preparing various CDC presentations
