BBA Program

The BBA program at SolBridge has been designed to prepare our graduates to excel as Asian Thought Leaders. Students specialize in one area of business and minor in a foreign language to ensure a competitive advantage.

The BBA program is divided in four parts: Core, Specialization, Elective, and Foreign Language. Students must complete 140 credit hours, and achieve a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher to fulfill the graduation requirements. Students can choose to complete 140 credit hours in 3.5 years (seven semesters and six intersessions) or in 4 years. The components of the curriculum are:

Total 140
Category Required
Core 71
Specialization 12
Elective 36

Core courses impart essential business knowledge and are divided in Foundation, Business Skills, and General Education. Specialization courses provide in-depth knowledge in a functional area. Our graduates will thus have expertise in one functional specialization (i.e. Finance, Management, Marketing, Entrepreneurship) and will be well-prepared to meet the challenges of a globalized economy. The curriculum provides a broad choice of Elective courses in order to help students develop their soft and analytical skills. All BBA students have to complete a specific number of courses in one foreign language: Chinese or Korean. Students can choose any one of the two languages provided it is not their mother tongue. By the time of graduation, students will be proficient in three languages: mother tongue, English, and Chinese/Korean.
