SolBridge Holds Sports Day
Students at the SolBridge International School of Business in Daejeon, South Korea, took time out on the eve of midterms week for some fun and games during the school’s annual Sports Day. Held each year in the fall, BBA and MBA students compete in a series of games and sporting events to unwind before their midterm exams.
Students were divided into two teams: the blue team and the white team (the school’s official colors) and competed in such events as a combination sack race, three-legged race, and 100 meter dash; tug-of-war, and tower basketball (female students got on the shoulders of male students for this exciting variation of the game). Organized by SolBridge’s hardworking Student Council and supported by Student Services, Sports Day is one of a number of events held each semester for students to foster SolBridge spirit. Other events held during the year include Classic Day and the very popular Culture Day.
Afterward, students were treated to a pizza party in the second floor cafeteria.
